Hi, I am Alex Blakely. I write the Cache Iron Mystery Series. After spending 30 years working in Finance I eventually sat down to write a story about a character that had been in my head for over a decade. I infuse the stories with my own travel throughout the world and hope to bring you an enjoyable read.

I would best describe Cache Iron as a reckless rancher that revels in hog-tying murderers. At least that is how I think about her. As you meet her for the first time, she is in her early 30's, grew up just west of Hart Montana on the Iron & Sons ranch. Art history degree from university and six years in the US army will serve her well in the mysteries she finds herself in.
